Gallet MultiChron 24HR
Introduced in 1953

Built on the architecture of the original MultiChron 45M, the movements were specially modified to provide 30 minute recording and 24 hour military time reading. The first series with black dial (face) and Excelsior Park movements, a large watch for its time at 37.2mm, were issued to US officers during the Korean and Vietnam wars. Surviving versions are extremely rare with very few ever appearing on the secondary market.
